About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, focusing on the ideation, implementation, support, and success of marketing platforms for Consumer Marketing. This role is part of the Digital Containers team, responsible for technology platform capabilities that enhance digital marketing experiences. The consultant will drive the delivery of the digital container roadmap and coordinate across various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, deployment, and expansion of the marketing digital container roadmap.
• Develop and support the overall marketing digital container product vision and strategy.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver capabilities.
• Develop and oversee timelines to ensure successful delivery and maintenance management.
• Support troubleshooting across technical and data issues for swift resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, management, and execution of the test process.
• Proven ability to engage across product, business, technical, and analytics teams.
• Experience leveraging agile methodology to drive platform capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of targeted digital and marketing containers/placements.
• Financial services experience highly desired.
