About the position

This is a hybrid position, working on-site 3 days a week. You will identify improvement opportunities, manage operational needs for digital commerce clients, and oversee content updates across multiple retailers like Walmart, Target, and Kroger. You will collaborate with clients and third-party providers to retail optimize content, improving organic search rankings.

Responsibilities

  • Own content management and syndication for clients, including asset acquisition, content updates, and troubleshooting publication issues.
  • Manage and analyze the digital shelf, providing recommendations for optimized content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords), conducting audits, and reporting.
  • Diagnose and resolve functional, systematic, or process issues.
  • Create client communication and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Act as a business operations SME to influence, manage change, and educate to meet business objectives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Asana and Salsify for project management and product information management tasks.
  • Participate in training and development to learn new tools, systems, and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience with CPG retailers
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Good working knowledge of e-commerce, omnichannel sites, and/or digital marketing
  • Problem solving, work with clients, meeting deadlines, and presentation skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Asana project management software, and the Salsify platform.
