About the position

The Digital Content Creator-Videographer will play a crucial role in the News/Agriculture Division of LEARFIELD, focusing on content creation across various media formats including video, audio, and graphic design. This position is essential for supporting digital advertising campaigns and marketing needs, with responsibilities that include video editing, campaign reporting, and performance analysis. Depending on experience, candidates may be hired at Level I or II.

Responsibilities

• Assist with video editing and production for digital advertising campaigns.
• Implement, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Aid with graphic design requests.
• Develop marketing campaign landing pages.
• Create marketing campaign performance and analytic reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred but not required.
• Digital Advertising Specialist I requires 1+ year and II requires 2+ years of experience in social media and digital advertising and video campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, Premiere Pro, and WordPress.
• Experience in developing promotional graphics, editing video and audio.
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
• Experience with placing paid social advertising.
• Familiarity with business applications of social media platforms including Meta, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
• Excellent organizational skills to oversee and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
