About the position

The Digital Content Creator-Videographer will play a crucial role within the News/Agriculture Division of LEARFIELD, focusing on the creation and production of diverse digital content. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and content creation, particularly in the agricultural sector. The successful candidate will assist in various marketing needs, including graphic design, video production, audio editing, and text content creation. The role is adaptable, allowing for hiring at either Level I or II, depending on the candidate's experience level. In this position, the primary responsibility will be to assist with video editing and production for digital advertising campaigns. The candidate will implement, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). Additionally, the role involves aiding with graphic design requests, developing marketing campaign landing pages, and creating performance and analytic reports for marketing campaigns. Other duties may be assigned as needed, providing a dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. LEARFIELD's News and Agriculture division is dedicated to delivering high-quality content that connects brands to farmers, ranchers, and rural consumers. The Digital Content Creator-Videographer will contribute to this mission by producing engaging content that resonates with the target audience and supports the overall marketing objectives of the division. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their skills in digital content creation and marketing within a supportive and innovative team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with video editing and production for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Implement, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns on various platforms: Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and more.
  • Aid with graphic design requests.
  • Develop marketing campaign landing pages.
  • Develop marketing campaign performance and analytic reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Digital Advertising Specialist I requires 1+ year and II requires 2+ years of experience working on a team to implement and optimize social media and digital advertising and video campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, Premiere Pro, and WordPress.
  • Experience developing promotional graphics, editing video and audio.
  • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
  • Experience with placing paid social advertising.
  • Familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including Meta, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and more.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
