About the position
The Digital Content Lead at Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for creating engaging content to drive digital adoption of Amazon Relay products. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop user-facing content that enhances user sentiment and improves tech products, ultimately contributing to a world-class customer experience. The position requires a strong background in digital content creation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand content requirements and user-facing software.
- Edit and deploy content using various editing tools.
- Monitor operations metrics such as productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and quality assurance (QA) guidelines.
- Communicate with global stakeholders to provide status reports and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform regular checks on deployed content to assess user experience and report results.
- Collaborate with team members to suggest improvements to the publishing and QA process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in UX/Marketing/Digital Content industry.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ability to navigate and interpret data through SQL.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and graphics editing software.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Data management and quality control experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience creating GIFs and other media.
- Creative content creation experience with data-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with software tools for creating and editing digital graphics.
