About the position

The Digital Content Marketing (Bilingual Korean) position is designed for a skilled Digital Marketing Assistant Manager who will support digital marketing initiatives and collaborate with global agencies on campaign strategies, events, and sponsorships. This role is crucial in developing and managing advertising plans, overseeing consumer research, and enhancing engagement through social media and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with global agencies and vendors to develop and execute advertising strategies.
• Lead and manage events and sponsorships, with a focus on sports marketing.
• Provide strategic direction to agencies for ad creation, digital content, and printed materials.
• Manage and plan advertising budgets in collaboration with global agencies.
• Develop ad strategies, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Conduct consumer research and integrate insights into advertising concepts.
• Oversee NSA social media accounts, providing guidance to agencies to optimize content and engagement.
• Organize and execute local and national events and campaigns.
• Prepare weekly trend reports and contribute to monthly Hispanic market publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales planning, ideally within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English and Korean) is required.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
