About the position

The Digital Content Marketing Specialist at Argus Companies is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital content strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This role focuses on managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, enhancing SEO performance, and supporting lead generation efforts through effective content creation and digital asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven digital content strategies for technical, recruitment, and employer branding campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid ads.
• Create SEO-optimized articles and publish one technical article or whitepaper monthly.
• Research, select, and implement digital marketing tools for campaign management and SEO tracking.
• Lead SEO improvements across subsidiary websites aiming for a 15% increase in organic traffic by Q3.
• Organize and maintain a digital media asset library, repurposing content for campaigns.
• Lead event marketing efforts by developing digital content for various event stages.
• Support quarterly campaign roadmaps in alignment with sales objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on content performance and engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital content creation, SEO, and analytics, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in SEO and content performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CMS (e.g., WordPress, Email Marketing).
• Strong organizational skills and experience in asset management and project coordination.
