About the position

The Digital Content Operations Specialist at Spectrum is responsible for managing the content management system (CMS) operations, including publishing content, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting. This role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience on Spectrum's self-service platforms, aiming to increase digital buyflow entries, orders, and conversion rates. The specialist will collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to ensure effective execution of responsibilities and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development cycle and feature launch for content on self-service platforms.
• Act as the subject matter expert on CMS day-to-day operations.
• Publish content to Spectrum self-serve customer platforms.
• Test, troubleshoot, and report on CMS-related issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and data analysts to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Drupal.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Jira and quality assurance testing.
• Proficiency in Tableau and knowledge of digital marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of business users.
• Extensive experience in collaboration and building team consensus.
