About the position
The Digital Content Producer at TESBROS LLC is responsible for creating and managing engaging content that educates and empowers customers in the DIY vinyl and PPF space. This role involves collaboration with the content and marketing teams to expand the audience and foster community connections through various digital platforms, particularly YouTube and social media.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the YouTube channel in collaboration with the content team, including creating a content strategy and optimizing videos.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop ads and marketing assets throughout the year.
- Manage the creative aspects of the course website, including creating instructional videos and assets for customers.
- Work with the e-commerce team to shoot new product photos and instructional content for product pages.
- Develop, manage, and create processes within the content department to enhance efficiency.
- Manage the blog website to educate new and recurring customers from idea generation to publishing.
- Create and manage social media posts across all channels, including X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Requirements
- Proficiency in WordPress and social media management.
- Mid-level experience in video production and editing.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Experience in marketing and editing.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience or desire to be on camera.
- Experience leading a content or social media team.
- Experience editing with Adobe software.
