About the position

As a Digital Content Producer at Revinova, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing a variety of digital content aimed at educating prospects and customers. This role emphasizes the use of content marketing, instructional design, and AI-enhanced content creation to produce engaging multimedia content such as video tutorials, eLearning modules, webinars, and blog articles. You will collaborate closely with customers to tailor content to their specific needs, ensuring their success on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and manage digital content, including video tutorials, webinars, interactive guides, and eLearning modules.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their unique content needs and challenges.
• Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure content aligns with customer feedback.
• Create customer-centric content such as use case guides and success stories.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline production.
• Design and develop content with an instructional design approach.
• Manage content calendars, production schedules, and workflows.
• Analyze content performance using engagement analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation or digital content production in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of content marketing and instructional design.
• Experience using Generative AI tools for content creation.
• Proficient in multimedia content production, including video editing and eLearning tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in SaaS learning platforms or customer education.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
