  • Drafting and editing user help content in Workday.
  • Understanding changes from the Product Teams and implementing them in Workday.
  • Performing project management functions to ensure different groups sign off on changes.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to get content published live to the site.
  • Drafting and editing short form digital content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a content writer.
  • Experience in writing and editing short form digital content.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate with internal teams in an enterprise environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience writing user help guides.
