About the position

The Digital Creative Producer is responsible for managing the production of creative assets in the financial services industry. This role involves collaborating with marketing partners and the creative team to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. The position emphasizes project management, relationship building, and quality assurance across various formats including social media and web content.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creative projects from ideation to execution, focusing on social and web formats.
• Determine project requirements, timelines, and resources needed for creative work.
• Maintain project status to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners, creative discipline leads, and agency partners.
• Identify risks and solve problems appropriately, escalating as necessary.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
• Experience in the financial industry or with financial clients is a plus.
• Adept at managing creative workflows from concept to delivery.
• General knowledge of social media and UX best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with visual quality assurance processes.
• Self-starter who can work independently and escalate issues as needed.
• Deep experience with Workfront project management systems.
