About the position

The Digital Customer Content Marketing Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for supporting customer marketing campaigns across web and social platforms. This role focuses on staging and publishing customer case studies and creating social media campaigns that highlight customer success stories. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and self-directed, with a passion for customer storytelling and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Build experiences to help visitors find and explore AWS customer success content on marketing websites and social channels.
  • Stage and publish written customer case studies, video testimonials, and social media content.
  • Build, monitor, and report on individual page metrics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or a similar CMS.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics such as live or virtual events, webinars, email, and lead nurture programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
