About the position

LogRocket is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience and ensure clients derive maximum value from our solutions. This role involves managing customer onboarding, retention, renewals, and upsells while collaborating with various internal teams to foster strong relationships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a high volume of customer accounts.
  • Own the onboarding process, retention, churn, renewals, and upsells.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to demonstrate and train clients on the solution.
  • Proactively advise customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution effectively.
  • Partner with Account Managers to expand relationships across teams and applications.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals consistently.
  • Lead product and use case-specific training for customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, account management, product, and support teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Customer Success.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of customers effectively.
  • Experience in onboarding, retention, churn, renewals, and upsells.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-learner and self-starter with a passion for product expertise.
