About the position

The Digital & Data Marketing Specialist at Renewal by Andersen of Florida will focus on optimizing digital marketing strategies by leveraging data analytics to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, experience with data analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company's digital marketing efforts align with broader company goals and brand positioning, ultimately enhancing the customer journey from awareness to conversion. In this position, the specialist will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising. They will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's messaging and overall strategy. The role also involves working closely with third-party vendors and partners to optimize performance, including PPC and SEO agencies, and driving targeted traffic to the website through both paid and organic strategies while focusing on conversion optimization. The specialist will monitor and optimize online campaigns to ensure budget efficiency and maximum ROI, track and analyze key performance metrics using platforms such as Google Analytics, and leverage data to provide actionable insights for improving digital marketing effectiveness. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing dashboards and regular performance reports, conducting A/B testing, and analyzing customer behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. This position requires a proactive approach to managing and enhancing the lead nurturing process, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales team, and collaborating on content creation that is data-driven and aligned with customer interests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.

  • Conduct keyword research and collaborate with the content team to ensure website content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Continuously monitor SEO performance and make recommendations for content adjustments to improve search rankings.
  • Collaborate on content creation that is data-driven and aligned with customer interests and behaviors.
  • Write and develop strategic blog content.
  • Manage marketing automation systems such as Hatch, to streamline increased lead generation & lead nurture.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and up to date for effective segmentation, targeting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth integration between marketing efforts and CRM to enhance the overall sales process.
  • Ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's messaging, tone, and overall strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and privacy regulations to maintain compliance with legal requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or Related Field
  • At Least 3 years of Experience in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Related Role
  • Prior Experience Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns & Utilizing Analytics to Drive Business Decisions
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, & Email Marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel, Data Modeling, & Reporting
  • Familiarity with Website Optimization Tools, Website Analytic Tools, & HTML/CSS
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Hatch, etc.
  • Strong Understanding of CRM Systems and their Integration with Marketing Activities
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems using a data-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
