About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking two Digital Delivery Coordinators (Senior Lead Digital Product Managers) to join the Marketing & Sales Platform team within Consumer Lending. This role focuses on the ideation, implementation, support, and success of marketing platforms that enhance customer digital experiences. The Digital Delivery Coordinator will oversee the Experience Development & Optimization (ExDO) product platforms, ensuring effective delivery and coordination across multiple scrum teams and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the ExDO product team to lead the delivery of prioritized work, including design, build, and testing of product capabilities.
• Drive digital innovation with an agile mindset, bringing products from ideation to market.
• Establish a holistic product framework that meets Enterprise Change Management agile methodology requirements.
• Communicate capacity, impediments, and progress, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
• Support troubleshooting of technical and data issues for swift resolution.
• Keep teams informed on changing policies and standards for adherence and risk awareness.
• Provide insights on external impacts to product teams, focusing on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience in Banking/Financial Services or a regulated environment as a delivery lead or coordinator.
• Deep expertise in delivering digital product capabilities, managing complex products from ideation to implementation.
• Experience in planning, management, and execution of the test process including pre-production and production support.
• Strong attention to detail in a complex, execution-driven environment.
