About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking two Digital Delivery Coordinators (Senior Lead Digital Product Managers) to join the Marketing & Sales Platform team within Consumer Lending. This role focuses on the ideation, implementation, support, and success of marketing platforms that facilitate the end-to-end process for Consumer Marketing. The Digital Delivery Coordinator will specifically oversee the Experience Development & Optimization (ExDO) product platforms, ensuring effective delivery and coordination across multiple scrum teams and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the ExDO product team to coordinate and lead the delivery of prioritized work, including design, build, and testing of product capabilities.
• Lead teams with an agile mindset, focusing on digital innovation and leveraging technical expertise to bring products from ideation to market.
• Establish a holistic product framework that meets Enterprise Change Management agile methodology and ceremony requirements.
• Communicate capacity, impediments, progress, and new learnings, fostering an environment of experimentation and continuous learning.
• Support troubleshooting across technical and data issues to ensure swift escalation and resolution.
• Keep teams informed on changing policies and standards to ensure adherence and risk awareness.
• Identify and provide insights regarding outside impacts to the product teams, focusing on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience within Banking/Financial Services or a highly regulated environment as a delivery lead or coordinator.
• Deep expertise in delivering streamlined product platform capabilities within the digital space, ideally managing and delivering complex digital products from ideation through implementation.
• Experience in planning, management, and execution of the test process including pre-production and production support.
• Strong attention to detail in a transforming, highly complex, and execution-driven environment.
