About the position

The Digital Deposit Product Manager is responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and execution of the bank's digital deposit strategy. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and product performance across online and mobile channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies within digital origination platforms that align with the bank's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end digital deposit product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Conduct industry benchmarking and customer experience comparison with other financial institutions and fintech capabilities.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify root cause analysis and collaborate on the enhancement roadmap.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer experience to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify obstacles and opportunities for improvement using data analytics, as well as customer and teammate feedback and pain points.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform functional enhancements and ensure a user-centric approach.
  • Partner with first and second line of defense to identify and mitigate potential risk associated with product development and deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in online/mobile digital experience or digital project delivery
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong strategic and analytical mind-set
