About the position

The Digital Design & Marketing Specialist at The Huntley Hotel is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's brand and digital marketing strategy. This role focuses on generating hotel bookings, enhancing guest loyalty, and increasing overall revenue through various online and offline marketing campaigns. The specialist will analyze marketing data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage the hotel's digital presence, and ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in auditing, developing, and executing the hotel's brand and digital marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute online and offline campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, website, and events.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative ways to reach customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the hotel/restaurant's websites and online listings, ensuring optimization and accuracy.
  • Work with third-party vendors to create and manage digital initiatives, including website designs, paid ads, and SEO.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Lead social influencer management, outreach, promotion, and campaign development.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar for consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Design and produce visual assets for various marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and techniques.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and executing campaigns.
  • Strong email design and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML.
