About the position

The Digital Design & Marketing Specialist at The Huntley Hotel is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's brand and digital marketing strategy. This role focuses on generating hotel bookings, enhancing guest loyalty, and increasing overall revenue through various online and offline marketing campaigns. The specialist will analyze marketing data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage the hotel's online presence, and ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in auditing, developing, and executing the hotel's brand and digital marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute online and offline campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, website, and events.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative ways to reach customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the hotel/restaurant's websites and online listings, ensuring accurate information and a positive user experience.
  • Work with third-party vendors to create and manage digital initiatives, including website designs, paid ads, and SEO.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Manage social influencer outreach, promotion, and campaign development.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar for consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Design and produce visual assets for in-house collateral, digital content, and client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and techniques.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and executing social media campaigns.
  • Strong email design and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML.
