About the position

The Digital Designer / Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing digital content that aligns with the client's brand vision and marketing strategies. This role is crucial for enhancing the online presence of the company through innovative design and content creation, working closely with marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design digital content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling visuals that communicate our brand message effectively.
• Produce high-quality content that adheres to our brand guidelines and meets the needs of our target audience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content and designs.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and design for better engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital design and content creation, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and content projects.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
