About the position
We are seeking a highly creative and driven Digital Designer to join our creative team at Sally Beauty Holdings. The digital designer will work collaboratively with multiple teams to conceive, develop, and create unique and engaging digital experiences across various channels. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be a fountain of ideas for layout and design, transforming concepts into shop-able, user-friendly content assets that enhance the brand and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly omnichannel creative assets, including web banners, landing pages, emails, and social media content.
- Ensure high-quality production with a consistent design that adheres to the Sally brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, designers, and the photo studio to ensure seamless integration of the creative process.
- Present creative work through the lens of creative strategy to partners and leadership.
- Provide support to creative team members as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in digital design, with 2+ years in a corporate retail environment.
- Proven depth of experience in cross-channel activation and motion design, demonstrated through a portfolio.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Figma.
- Familiarity with Workfront or other project flow platforms.
