We are seeking a tech-savvy individual who will provide exceptional support for our IT systems while enhancing day-to-day operations through innovative problem-solving. This role involves system optimization, capacity analysis, and managing various operating systems, including UNIX and Windows, to ensure reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Mastermind system optimization and resource potential.
• Configure and manage UNIX, Windows, and other operating systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and enhance operating system software.
• Sculpt network components for improved reliability and performance.
• Conquer server hardware and application-software integration challenges.
• Connect Skype for Business users with Cisco VTC endpoints.
• Transform routing within the SBC and enhance the CMS.
• Manage voicemail systems and Polycom phone configurations.

Requirements

• Over fifteen (15) years of experience in system administration or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or five (5) years of additional experience in system administration.
• Mastery of VMWare and NetApp technologies.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong networking skills.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
