The Digital & eCommerce Sr. Product Manager at McCormick & Company will be responsible for overseeing North America Digital Shelf Capabilities across key online retailers. This role is crucial as the digital capabilities are continuously evolving, and the successful candidate will assess and enhance these capabilities to ensure McCormick remains competitive in the Omnichannel space. The position requires a strong track record in building strategic roadmaps, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will also need to demonstrate effective change management and stakeholder engagement skills. In this role, the manager will define strategic imperatives and implement best-in-class tools such as Profitero, Power Reviews, and Salsify. They will measure and evaluate the impact of these digital tools by establishing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensuring content compliance and integrity across the digital shelf is also a critical responsibility. The manager will design and deliver digital shelf scorecards to drive insights and identify optimization opportunities across key retailers. Additionally, the Digital & eCommerce Sr. Product Manager will identify and drive process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional partners to enhance McCormick's go-to-market approach for digital product attributes. They will also be responsible for driving user adoption of digital shelf capabilities through educational training sessions and office hours. The role includes serving as the primary business owner of all Digital Shelf Capabilities Tool vendors, partnering with the IT product owner to optimize relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify new opportunities. The position requires preparing and conducting presentations for senior management, along with data analysis on a recurring and ad hoc basis. The manager will partner with Marketing, Customer Managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that McCormick's product assortment is accurately represented on eCommerce sites, focusing on organic search, keywords, product images, and taxonomy. Finally, the role involves driving thought leadership and defining the future landscape of technology in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space.
