About the position

The Digital Ecosystem Technical Lead will oversee the implementation and management of Sentinel's Directorate-wide Digital Ecosystem strategy. This role involves managing a portfolio of teams focused on Digital Ecosystem System Engineering, Data Architecture, Software Development, and Digital Transformation, ensuring the integration and execution of digital strategies to provide solutions to the government SPO.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Digital Ecosystem System Engineering (DESE), Data Architecture and Analytics, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Capability Development, Software Development, and Digital Transformation teams.
• Integrate and execute Sentinel's digital strategy baseline.
• Provide digital ecosystem solutions to the government SPO.
• Develop and challenge employees to achieve high performance in a fast-paced workplace using streamlined engineering and management policies.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in computer science, software, engineering, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive technical experience.
• Experience with ICBM Weapon Systems Engineering.
• Demonstrated self-discipline to plan and prioritize work.
• Excellent cognitive, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• M.S. degree in computer science, software, engineering, or related technical field.
• Familiarity with systems engineering topics, including architecture development and requirements management.
• Familiarity with program management principles, including cost, schedule, and performance assessment.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
• Familiarity with software development and application integration, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience with DoD acquisition programs.
• Experience leading successful teams in a high tempo environment.
