About the position

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Digital Employee Communications Associate to join our growing Employee Communications Practice. This new role is pivotal in executing and supporting high-quality employee-facing client work, leveraging NFP's proven processes and models. The primary focus of this position is to enhance employee understanding of benefits and other aspects of NFP clients' total rewards programs through effective digital campaigns. As a Digital Employee Communications Associate, you will work closely with Account teams across multiple offices, quickly establishing yourself as a knowledgeable and organized professional who thrives on delivering best-in-practice work within coordinated timelines. In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of Employee Communications and collaborate closely with your teammates in the Employee Communications Practice. Your responsibilities will include developing benefits communications microsites for various NFP offices, ensuring that these sites positively impact the clients' brands and enhance employee comprehension of their benefits. You will also be responsible for project managing the Employee Communications Practice process across numerous projects and clients, particularly during the busy Open Enrollment season in Q4. Additionally, you will report on the effectiveness of digital employee communications campaigns, providing strategic recommendations for optimization and ongoing work. Your role will also involve supporting internal marketing and sales enablement opportunities as needed, assisting with content, design, and promotional needs related to marketing the firm's products and services to prospects and clients. Success in this position will be measured by the accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in client work, timely delivery of projects, and positive feedback from clients and teammates alike.

Responsibilities

  • Develop benefits communications microsites for multiple NFP offices that positively impact the client's brand(s) and increase program understanding by employees.
  • Project manage the Employee Communications Practice process effectively across dozens of projects and clients and varying timelines throughout the year with an emphasis on typical Open Enrollment season (Q4).
  • Report on the effectiveness of digital employee communications campaigns for clients and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and continued work.
  • Support NFP internal marketing and sales enablement opportunities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design or a related major (required)
  • Two to three years professional marketing, communications, graphic design or UX experience (required)
  • Proficient with a variety of technical programs and software - including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and content management systems (ie: Wordpress). (required)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with project management systems (ie: Asana, Microsoft Planner, Monday, etc) (preferred)
