About the position

The Senior Manager, Digital Enablement and Channel Execution for PSS Marketing at CVS Health is responsible for leading a team that manages the execution of content management solutions across various marketing web properties and client-facing microsites. This role focuses on driving the functional execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring effective content updates, and facilitating partnerships with technology and operational teams to enhance platform capabilities. The position aims to create personalized customer experiences through efficient digital content management.

Responsibilities

• Execution of content updates to all PSS Marketing web properties including CVS Caremark, CVS Specialty, Payor Solutions, Coram, Accordant, etc.
• Support strategic marketing functions across B2B and B2C functions with flawless channel execution and production.
• Support strategic MarTech projects to enable new capabilities and channels.
• Create best-in-class channel execution and training for partners and marketers.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in digital marketing with a focus on execution
• Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Salesforce.com, and Workfront
• Prior management experience - ability to coach and develop manager level team members.
