About the position

The Digital Enablement Manager at LSG Sky Chefs is responsible for identifying and implementing digitalization and AI use cases to enhance business operations. This role collaborates closely with the Commercial Team and digitalization experts in IT and Operations, focusing on driving Salesforce implementation and optimization. The position aims to translate business needs into digital solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and various departments to understand their needs and challenges, identifying opportunities for digital transformation.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform to improve sales and marketing processes, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across various business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
• Collaborate with IT, master data management, and developers to design and deploy AI solutions that address business needs and deliver measurable value.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform digital strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on AI implementation.
• Experience with CRM solutions and processes (ideally Salesforce).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent project management and change management skills.
• Knowledge of the airline catering industry or related field is advantageous.
