About the position

The Digital Engineering Manager will lead the development and delivery of Fisher Investments' Client Portal and other omnichannel platforms. This role involves managing a high-performing engineering team to implement scalable and secure technology solutions that enhance client engagement and financial education. The position requires collaboration with various teams to align technology with business goals and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in developing omnichannel platforms, including client portals and corporate websites.
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Marketing teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
  • Guide the implementation of platform components such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sitecore XM, and Azure Blob Storage.
  • Ensure the platform achieves scalability for 100K+ concurrent users while delivering a high-quality user experience.
  • Oversee the integration of Akamai CDN, Media Hub, and recommendation engines powered by Salesforce Personalization.
  • Champion Agile development practices and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols.
  • Train team members through mentorship, providing opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in software development, including 3+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sitecore XM, and cloud storage solutions.
  • Experience with CDN technologies (Akamai) and video platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with scalable architecture, secure authentication, and role-based access systems (Okta, Auth0).
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
