About The Position

As a Digital Experience Content Strategist at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in amplifying the digital presence of our global brands and driving user experiences across our websites. Your primary focus will be close collaboration with marketing teams and business stakeholders to offer strategic digital content guidance in alignment with marketing goals. You will increase user engagement, and ultimately sales leads, through effective content writing, demand generation strategies and SEO techniques. As part of Corporate Digital Marketing, you will join a global team of professionals in content strategy, SEO/SEM, marketing, research and design as we support the continued global expansion and digital transformation of our brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.
  • Digital-first mindset with demonstrated experience using tools like GA4 to inform content strategy and improvement.
  • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate cross-functionally.
  • Experience developing B2B and B2C content for a global audience, including localized content.
  • Experience with component-based content management systems.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as GA4, Figma, SEMRush, Ceros, Trello, Workfront and Smartsheets.
  • Experience with agile methodology is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the B2B insurance industry.
  • Experience with independent brokers, the E&S market or claims management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales leaders, marketers, design and web teams to develop/write engaging content that drives leads across brands, regions and languages.
  • Utilize customer-centric and data-driven approaches, leveraging tools to gain insights and test content for user engagement and lead generation.
  • Participate in agile teams for website development, ideation and testing of new concepts.
  • Handle multiple work streams and balance project priorities with global stakeholders.
  • Initiate and plan content-related research and briefs, including stakeholder interviews and approval processes for optimized content.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a digital editorial style guide for all brands.
  • Participate in peer reviews and copyediting of content drafts to ensure consistent styles and component use.
  • Stay informed about competitors and identify opportunities based on competitor analysis.
  • Support day-to-day requests from stakeholders, recommending best practices to promote various forms of content.
  • Guide team of near-off-shore resources as business demand grows, including project management.
