Our mission is to promote happier, healthier lives through gardening, and we are looking for a Digital Experience Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This position can be remote or hybrid, based in Marysville, Ohio. The Digital Experience (DX) Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in our established marketing team, blending strategy with execution. This role involves informing and collaboratively executing content, channel, and marketing plans. The manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing platform integrations to deliver effective marketing strategies, managing external agency relationships, providing project management support, and executing hands-on tactical initiatives. A strong understanding of omni-channel marketing, which considers the entire consumer journey, is essential for success in this role. This position is expected to have two or more direct reports, making leadership and mentorship a key component of the job. As the digital marketing lead, the manager will apply their expertise across various platforms and channels, including social media (both organic and paid), email/CRM, web, and eCommerce. They will contribute to the development and implementation of digital strategies and best practices, inform marketing plans, and participate in brainstorming sessions to provide valuable recommendations. Monitoring and analyzing metrics and analytics will be critical, as the manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify user behavior patterns, improve KPIs, and uncover opportunities for enhancement. Additionally, the manager will develop and execute consumer-driven content plans in collaboration with the broader marketing team, ensuring that content aligns with marketing objectives and the consumer journey.
