About the position
The Digital Experience Product Manager at J.G. Wentworth is responsible for leading a cross-functional team to innovate and enhance the digital self-enrollment funnel for potential debt resolution customers. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to post-implementation analysis, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and aligns with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive product planning for cross functional teams
- Utilize analytics to determine customer needs and user behavior
- Assess competitive offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
- Develop a quarterly roadmap for product improvements
- Document product requirements and maintain production timelines
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders in product development
- Create and maintain documentation for product flow and strategy
- Enhance marketing strategies such as nurture campaigns
- Identify opportunities to utilize existing technology
- Implement a cohesive requirement gathering process across all products
- Manage the Salesforce product owner and support their workload
- Focus on funnel conversion improvements and KPI metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in software and web development
- Proven success in overseeing the entire product development lifecycle
- Experience in developing a customer-facing funnel
- Familiarity with project management software such as Monday or Jira
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus
- 4-year bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 3-5 years of product management or related experience
- Ability to pivot tasks and priorities quickly
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
