The Digital Marketing intern will contribute to the FieldView engagement marketing team success by working with a cross-functional team and actively participate in day-to-day functions. The Marketing Intern is responsible for testing and exploring new channels to drive user engagement within our apps and web platform. This includes optimizing current channels to be more effective, developing test and learn framework, and best practices for lifecycle marketing. During the internship, the intern will own and drive a challenging and relevant project to solve real-time business challenges. The Engagement Marketing team focuses on both the customer and product lifecycle. The team works closely to deliver the most relevant messages to the right customers, at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the FieldView engagement marketing team success by working with a cross-functional team.
  • Participate in day-to-day functions of the marketing team.
  • Test and explore new channels to drive user engagement within apps and web platform.
  • Optimize current channels to be more effective.
  • Develop test and learn framework and best practices for lifecycle marketing.
  • Own and drive a challenging and relevant project to solve real-time business challenges.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degreed program in a marketing related field during the duration of the internship program.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and capabilities.
  • Passion for the digital marketing industry and understanding of different marketing techniques.
  • Ability to develop a project from concept to realization while taking input from key collaborators.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with analytics tools, marketing automation tools, paid media serving tools, and email marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap.io, Braze, Marketo).
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills - attention to detail is key.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information.
  • Creative and a strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative customer adoption, retention, expansion strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
