About the position

The Digital Graphic Designer at NuFACE is responsible for creating and executing a variety of digital assets to support marketing campaigns and enhance the brand's online presence. This role involves collaboration with the VP of Creative and the digital team to produce high-quality designs that align with current trends in the beauty industry. The designer will manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a clean aesthetic and adherence to best practices in digital design.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets and production as needed.
• Take direction from the VP of Creative and digital team, providing multiple design solutions.
• Stay current on beauty industry styles, trends, and best practices.
• Work on tight deadlines and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Create and maintain a scheduling/prioritizing system for workflow with project management.
• Drive collaboration within the Creative team and ensure productivity.
• Manage and facilitate assets as needed for various digital platforms.
• Help to drive creative solutions for digital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience in digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD and other Digital Design Tools).
• Experience with best practices for paid social ad creative across various platforms (Meta, Pinterest, SnapChat, TikTok).
• Awareness of best conversion practices for various types of digital assets.
• Ability to design against best digital practices such as ADA Compliance and accessibility standards.
• Website design experience (HTML, JS, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, well organized, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation abilities and written/visual communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in retail, luxury brand, beauty/fashion, or e-commerce is a plus.
• A strong design portfolio with a digital focus.
