About the position

As a Digital Graphic Designer for Paradigm Oral Health, you will be responsible for creating and producing digital graphic assets that effectively communicate the brand's identity across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with clinical, marketing, and education teams to design materials for training, web, email, and social media, while continuously exploring new design trends to keep visuals fresh and engaging. Your work will play a crucial role in defining the visual identity of the brands within the network of oral surgery practices.

Responsibilities

• Create digital assets such as website designs, banners, and email designs aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with clinical, marketing, and education functions to achieve optimal results.
• Design interactive campaigns tailored for social media platforms.
• Continuously explore and adopt the latest design trends and techniques.
• Develop polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides for various audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital design.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent visual design skills with a compelling portfolio.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
• Knowledge of current digital design trends, techniques, and technologies.
