About the position

The Digital Graphic Designer will lead graphic and asset development for social media, digital marketing, and ecommerce initiatives for the Rawlings brand. This role involves collaboration with the digital and design teams to ensure projects meet production deadlines while creating lifestyle-focused, digitally native content that enhances the brand's online presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide designs for Social media, E-Commerce, and digital marketing.
• Contribute to multiple projects at various levels of completion, managing multiple tasks within fluctuating deadlines.
• Implement line looks based on art direction.
• Complete art set-up for import and domestic production including logo trapping for pad printing.
• Provide new and original art as needed.
• Direct photoshoots with players and capture in-game photography at tournaments and events.
• Capture photos of products as needed.
• Create product image mock-ups/fakes as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong photography abilities with a high-resolution camera.
• Experience working in a Mac-based environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office software skills.
• Experience building catalogs preferred.
• Familiarity with adjusting colors in Photoshop preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable to a deadline-driven and team-centric work environment.
• Screenprint/Pad Print knowledge is helpful.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.
