About the position

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a full-time Digital Graphic Designer. This role focuses on leading the design of digital media campaigns, enhancing the company's web presence, and ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. The designer will collaborate with marketing, HR, and technical teams to maintain a strong online voice and boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of digital media campaigns.
• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end digital content for the website, blogs, and press releases.
• Establish the company's web presence to boost brand awareness.
• Maintain a strong online company voice through various social media outlets.
• Coordinate with marketing, HR, and technical staff to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field; or an associate degree in marketing, digital media, or a relevant field plus two years of experience; or no degree plus four years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with clients to discuss specifications and concepts for designs.
• Understanding of branding, corporate marketing/communications, and target audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous graphic design internship experience.
• Understanding of graphic principles, layout, and design.
• Experience creating graphics and multimedia projects for corporate and client needs.
• Experience designing, producing, and managing interactive online content including social media, promotional artwork, and email templates.
• Ability to create and edit videos.
• Ability to create motion graphics and animations.
• Experience creating wireframes and transforming them into intuitive user interfaces.
