The Digital Graphic Designer at POOLCORP is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative digital designs that enhance the company's brand identity and support its marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

• Creates visually engaging and innovative digital designs for the brands, software, and programs of the company
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative concepts
• Enhances the company's brand identity and develops a cohesive on-brand presence
• Contributes to the success of marketing initiatives
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with other industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Experience in designing for digital platforms, including digital ad campaigns, email campaigns, social media, and UI/UX
• Video editing experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of layout principles
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Ability to translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into visually compelling designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask to meet deadlines
• Portfolio showcasing digital design skills and creative abilities
