About the position

Ramsey Solutions is seeking an innovative and skilled digital designer for our Personalities Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating digital content that includes branding, paid ads, landing pages, and/or emails to drive brand awareness. This role involves collaborating with a team of creatives to design visually compelling digital content that aligns with the Ramsey brand personalities.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling ads, landing pages, and/or email blasts.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters, and copyeditors daily to engage in brainstorming sessions.
• Share innovative concepts and contribute to creative solutions that support objectives.
• Stay up to date with digital trends and customize creative designs to increase engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital design experience.
• 3+ years of Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• 1+ years of Figma experience.
• 2+ years of branding, creating ads, landing pages, and/or email blasts in an in-house or agency environment.
