About the position

As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you'll bring your proven strategic thinking and impeccable creative execution across DTC, social media, pitch decks and other unique projects. You are highly proficient and experienced working within an Agile creative system and supporting its continued development and optimization. Your direction will help deliver impactful creative for the Digital team (DTC, Amazon, Email, and Social) which will be used to drive sales and brand KPI's (conversion, engagement, etc.) and will live across many consumer-facing pages and channels. You'll bring your natural curiosity and passion for bringing brands to life to help connect deeply with consumers. This role will be instrumental in the creative direction of our wildly successful energy drink brand, C4 Energy. You will also contribute to the accelerated growth of the leading global sports and nutrition brands: Cellucor and XTEND.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely within the Creative team to deliver design and motion design needs for the business
  • Partnering with the Brand team to ensure successful, compelling deliverables
  • Balancing multiple projects across divisions of business
  • Design and develop email, banners, and social media assets
  • Create motion graphics for video overlays
  • Develop animated videos
  • Update existing digital artwork
  • Digital conceptual work

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working professionally in digital and motion graphic design (Agency preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Highly proficient in After Effects (required), Photoshop, and Illustrator. Cinema4D or Blender a huge plus.
  • A clear understanding of digital specifications including, file weight, resolution, aspect ratios, and timing restrictions based on platform (IG, FB, DTC, Amazon, etc)
  • Strong communication skills to articulate feedback and creative direction
  • Ability to mobilize quick edit requests and implement feedback
  • Capability to resize assets for optimization in variety of environments
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Brand teams to drive engagement/conversion
  • Adaptable and willing to learn/pivot new branding aesthetic
  • Passionate about design and creative expression
  • High level of organization and efficiency mindset
