About the position

Camping World is seeking an experienced digital Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a dynamic team responsible for the strategy, development, and optimization of RV sales and retail products & services websites. This role focuses on enhancing the digital experience for customers and requires collaboration with various departments to drive growth and ensure user-centric experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the RV sales, retail, and services websites.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, design, and data teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and deliverables.
  • Ensure customer insights and feedback are central to the product development process, using data to identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a cohesive product roadmap, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Lead efforts to improve the online shopping experience for RVs and related products, focusing on user journeys and conversion rates.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a team.
  • Strong understanding of the RV industry and digital retail best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of product professionals.
  • Deep experience in managing product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in online marketplaces and automotive or outdoor products.
  • MBA preferred.
