About the position

The Digital Growth Strategy Director at Luxury Cruise Connections is responsible for driving online customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role emphasizes scaling demand generation via social media, optimizing digital experiences, and utilizing marketing automation tools to enhance customer journeys. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business growth through advanced analytics and creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Lead demand generation efforts with a strong emphasis on social media marketing to engage luxury cruise customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social campaigns.
  • Oversee the optimization of digital platforms for user experience and conversion rate optimization.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and track ROI for all initiatives, reporting results to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive digital presence.
  • Drive the adoption of marketing automation tools to enhance lead nurturing and sales funnels.
  • Monitor KPIs and create data-driven reports to guide strategy and improve digital performance.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth strategy roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated experience driving significant online growth and revenue.
  • Proven track record of successful digital campaigns that achieve measurable business results.
  • Experience with luxury brands or travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Certification or experience with tools like ClickFunnels, HubSpot, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve complex business challenges.
