About the position

The Digital Health Customer Success, Sr Consultant role at Vantive is a commercially oriented consultative position within the Global Digital Health organization. This role focuses on driving post go-live customer success across Baxter Kidney Care's digital product portfolio, ensuring that healthcare professionals and patients are effectively utilizing the digital solutions provided. The consultant will act as a vital feedback loop between customers and the innovation and marketing teams, helping to shape product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Practice a consultative approach to ensure optimal use of digital products by end-users and patients.
  • Define success metrics with customers and measure progress against these metrics.
  • Review adoption and outcome metrics for digital products and provide ongoing training as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the digital solutions portfolio and clinical workflows to ensure integration within customer operations.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for additional digital solutions.
  • Provide timely feedback on product improvements based on customer insights to influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Dialysis clinic operational experience preferred, e.g., as a Nurse Manager or Practice Manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, implementation, training, or post-live customer success management for digital products in Healthcare, MedTech, or Life Sciences.
  • Analytical and process excellence orientation; Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a plus.
  • Experience in a consulting environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with key trends in digital health, such as Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in asking questions and listening.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in a consulting environment is preferred but not required.
