Join Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. as a Digital Health Software Implementation Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving digital strategy and transformation efforts within Ultrasound Customer Service. This position can be based in Issaquah, WA, Palo Alto, CA, or can be performed remotely, with required travel estimated at 15-25%. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the implementation of a digital customer service platform and developing initiatives to achieve financial targets. You will collaborate with Ultrasound IT, Product, and Service Business Leaders to customize our digital remote service platform to meet customer and business needs. As part of your responsibilities, you will co-create the strategic roadmap for the remote service platform and set goals for its future development. You will work closely with Ultrasound IT and global software development teams to realize the vision for the remote service platform. Additionally, you will oversee market research and analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing Ultrasound Customer Service software packages. Monitoring and reporting on progress towards digital and business transformation objectives will be crucial, as you will need to meet agreed-upon deadlines and support progress with relevant KPIs. You will also support the Strategy and Transformation team in identifying opportunities to enhance our service through digital offerings, which may involve communicating analysis or market research on our digital platform to the portfolio and strategy teams. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will need to engage with stakeholders at all levels and across various geographies to gain their commitment.
