About the position

Join Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. as a Digital Health Software Implementation Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving digital strategy and transformation efforts within Ultrasound Customer Service. This position can be based in Issaquah, WA, Palo Alto, CA, or can be performed remotely, with required travel estimated at 15-25%. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the implementation of a digital customer service platform and developing initiatives to achieve financial targets. You will collaborate with Ultrasound IT, Product, and Service Business Leaders to customize our digital remote service platform to meet customer and business needs. As part of your responsibilities, you will co-create the strategic roadmap for the remote service platform and set goals for its future development. You will work closely with Ultrasound IT and global software development teams to realize the vision for the remote service platform. Additionally, you will oversee market research and analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing Ultrasound Customer Service software packages. Monitoring and reporting on progress towards digital and business transformation objectives will be crucial, as you will need to meet agreed-upon deadlines and support progress with relevant KPIs. You will also support the Strategy and Transformation team in identifying opportunities to enhance our service through digital offerings, which may involve communicating analysis or market research on our digital platform to the portfolio and strategy teams. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will need to engage with stakeholders at all levels and across various geographies to gain their commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital strategy and transformation efforts within Ultrasound Customer Service.
  • Expand implementation of a digital customer service platform and develop initiatives to achieve financial targets.
  • Collaborate with Ultrasound IT, Product, and Service Business Leaders to customize the digital remote service platform.
  • Co-create the remote service platform strategic roadmap and develop future goals.
  • Work closely with Ultrasound IT and global software development teams to deliver on the remote service platform vision.
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing Ultrasound Customer Service software packages.
  • Monitor and report on progress towards digital and business transformation objectives to executive leadership.
  • Support the Strategy and Transformation team in identifying opportunities for service enhancement through digital offerings.
  • Communicate and present effectively across all levels and geographies to gain commitment from key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in software development management, digital strategy and transformation, or equivalent role.
  • Experience in software or digital transformations, including knowledge of implementing AI solutions.
  • Strong analytics skills and concise top-down communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to establish cross-functional communication and networking across diverse regional and business organizations.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to create a positive teamwork environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in supporting a Healthcare Service or Sales organization.
  • Knowledge of the medical industry, particularly in Ultrasound business.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.
