About the position
Raytheon Vision Systems is seeking a talented digital design engineer to join their team focused on designing next-generation digital visible and infrared image sensors. The role involves collaborating in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment to develop cutting-edge image sensor products, participating in mixed-signal ASIC/ROIC development activities, and designing digital logic blocks using Verilog and SystemVerilog HDL.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative Readout Integrated Circuits for imaging systems.
- Collaborate in cross-functional integrated product development teams to meet customer requirements.
- Train and guide junior engineers.
- Develop new digital block level microarchitectures and plan work breakdown structures.
- Design digital logic blocks using Verilog and SystemVerilog HDL.
Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience, MS with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with full Digital Design Flow including RTL writing, testbench construction, synthesis, and static timing analysis.
- Proficiency with Cadence tools such as Genus, Innovus, and others, along with TCL scripting.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ROIC architecture and design concepts.
- Experience writing behavioral models for digital circuits and analog/mixed signal interfaces.
- Advanced degree.
