About the position

The position involves maintaining accurate clerical systems and records within a healthcare setting, ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. The role serves as a liaison between physicians and clinical areas, utilizing specialized systems for managing medical records and information release.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and complete clerical systems and records.
  • Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction by consistently using AIDET standards.
  • Work closely with physicians and serve as department liaison supporting all clinical areas.
  • Fully understand and utilize the Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS) and RIS/SMS systems.
  • Oversee the release of digital information and ensure the availability of records to patients, physicians, and clinical staff for all studies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Certification, GED, Training or Experience.
  • Experience in customer/guest services, film library/medical records experience preferred.
  • Self-directed with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Computer proficiency is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with detail orientation.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay range of $18.05 - $23.47 per hour depending on experience.
