About the position

The position of Product Owner in the Digital Innovation team at Procter & Gamble (P&G) focuses on leveraging digital technology to transform the organization. This role involves collaborating with various business units to enhance user experience and data activation, ultimately driving innovation and efficiency within the company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in mapping integrations, ensuring technical developments meet user needs, and deploying training for new functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with businesses to understand personas and user stories.
  • Map integrations to align technical output with user experience (UX).
  • Collaborate with Global Business Services (GBS) to ensure technical development meets user needs.
  • Build, review, and deploy training and communications for new functionalities.
  • Use metrics and measures to assess the value created by integrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in industry or applicable skills considered valuable in lieu of a degree.
  • Preferred education includes a BS/MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated technical curiosity and skills in science/engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing, product or process development, and measurement science is a plus.
  • Database and programming experience with relational, graph, NoSQL databases, and relevant programming tools such as SQL and Python.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies (MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and database technology (Hadoop, MS SQL Server) is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple platforms and partners.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

  • Experience in data modeling and relevant programming tools.
  • Previous work in manufacturing or product development.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year.
