Responsibilities

• Influence the future of the company through digital innovation.
• Develop partnerships with businesses to understand user personas and stories.
• Map integrations to align technical output with user experience.
• Collaborate with GBS to ensure technical development meets user needs.
• Build, review, and deploy training and communications for new functionalities.
• Use metrics to assess the value created by integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of proven experience in industry or applicable skills considered valuable in lieu of a degree.
• Technical skills in science/engineering and data usage in R&D.
• Experience with databases (relational, graph, NoSQL, MongoDB) and programming tools such as SQL and Python.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (MS Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and database technology (Hadoop, MS SQL Server).
• Excellent written and communication skills.
