About the position

The Digital Inventory Lead at G-Force Powersports is responsible for managing the online inventory and customer relationship management systems. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of product listings, capturing high-quality photos of inventory, and optimizing digital systems to enhance customer engagement and sales. The position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and has a passion for the powersports industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all digital inventory listings across multiple online platforms.
  • Ensure that all product information, photos, and specifications are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure online listings reflect current inventory.
  • Take high-quality photos of units and machines to ensure they are presented attractively in digital listings.
  • Edit and enhance photos as needed for clarity and visual appeal.
  • Monitor the accuracy and consistency of both digital inventory and CRM data.
  • Generate regular reports to track inventory performance, sales conversions, and CRM effectiveness.
  • Analyze and address discrepancies between physical inventory and digital listings.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop digital strategies that enhance customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that the digital inventory is aligned with in-store stock.
  • Train staff on proper use of CRM and digital inventory tools.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the CRM and digital inventory systems.
  • Assist with other digital or system-related tasks as required by the dealership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, CRM systems, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Photography experience, particularly in product or vehicle photography, is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, inventory management software, and photo editing tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in the powersports industry is a plus.
