As a Product Manager in Merchant Services Commercialization at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product innovation within the organization. In your role as the Digital Journey lead, you will create and execute a new program aimed at delivering a seamless end-to-end digital journey for Merchant Services clients. This involves close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to identify client needs, assess competitive benchmarks, and design a cohesive commerce journey tailored to various client personas. You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, to ensure alignment on key milestones and timelines, driving the overall success of the product initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing a product strategy and vision that aligns with customer needs, managing discovery efforts and market research to uncover solutions, and maintaining a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap. You will build frameworks to track key success metrics, create and execute against a Program Charter, and evaluate funnel metrics and usability feedback to optimize the customer journey over time. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.
